Speed Fines
Different fines are imposed by Dubai Police for overspeeding. If you drive above 60 km/h, you can face a fine of Dh2,000, 12 black points, and impound the vehicle for 30 days. Exceeding the speed limit by 60 km will attract a fine of Dh1,500 and 6 black points while exceeding the speed limit by 50 km will attract a fine of Dh1,000.
